This project was located at the SH 21 (Powers Blvd.) and Research intersection in Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado. The project constructed a new diverging diamond interchange at the existing at-grade intersection. Key project elements included bridge structure, walls, bridge repair, mill and fill, HMA overlay, embankment, safety improvements, drainage, and erosion control. RockSol provided construction management, inspection, and materials testing services for this project.
