This project is located on US 160 McCabe Creek in downtown Pagosa Springs. The project involves constructing a 3-cell concrete box culvert on the corridor. Project work includes removing asphalt, relocating utilities, excavation, dewatering, water control, pre-cast and cast-in-place CBC construction, aggregate base course, ADA-compliant sidewalks, curb and gutter, landscaping, HMA paving, signing, and striping. Additional work may include riprap, seeding, mulching, traffic control, erosion control, and drainage work. RockSol is providing construction management, construction inspection, and materials testing for the project.
