This project involved the widening of E-470 from I-70 (Smith Road) to 104th Ave. One lane was added in both directions. RockSol provided Construction Management, inspection and testing services for the construction of interchanges at 39th Ave. and 48th Ave., widening of the 64th Ave. bridge over E-470, removal of Toll Plaza B, and partial reconstruction of the interchange with Peña Boulevard.
